Acer palmatum 'Orange Dream' is a bushy, upright Japanese maple prized for its striking spring color. New leaves emerge bright golden yellow edged in vivid orange-red, creating a beautiful contrast in the landscape. The foliage transitions to bright orange and red in fall. An excellent focal point, 'Orange Dream' also pairs beautifully with deep maroon Japanese maples and can brighten darker areas of the garden. In hotter climates, provide protection from intense afternoon sun to maintain the best foliage color.
