Acer palmatum 'Garnet', is a deciduous weeping dissectum with slight upright habit, giving the plant almost an umbrella-like shape once established. Exceptional red color holds well through summer in full sun. Leaves tend to be greener when planted in the shade. In late fall, ‘Garnet’ displays striking purple-red foliage that adds vibrant color to the landscape.
